AcroYoga

Also known as Acrobalance or Partner Acro, AcroYoga is the wonderful art of working with others to find balance as you share weight and make shapes together, often with one or more people off the floor, supported by their acro partners.

It helps you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in yourself. It helps you develop friendship, communication skills and trust with your balance partners. And it helps you develop lifelong habits of moving and playing!

“We don't stop playing because we get old. We get old because we stop playing.” - George Bernard Shaw

Acro at Chai’n’Vibes Campout - Winter Solstice

Saturday June 21, 2025

Join Rach and Reeli for an awesome intro to Acro workshop, plus so much more at this beautiful community gathering in Natural Bridge (Gold Coast Hinterland).

Gather with like-minded soul-tribe to honour the depths of Winter Solstice, the longest night and shortest day of the year.

We will share music, dinner, fire circle at sunset, sauna, hot tub, creek dips and dancing.

You can also camp the night before and after if you like. And add to the sites beauty with some permaculture action on Saturday morning…
